These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website unashamed.app and the purchase of digital products offered by UNASHAMED ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

Price: €29 (EUR). Pricing includes all applicable taxes.
Upon successful payment through our payment processor (EasyCart), you will receive immediate access to download the digital files. Delivery is instant — no physical products are shipped.
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and Polish Consumer Rights Act (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta, Art. 27), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send an email to tony.unashamed@gmail.com stating your wish to withdraw. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Important: Under Art. 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal may not apply to digital content that has been fully delivered if the consumer has given prior express consent to begin performance and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal will be lost. We do not invoke this exception — we honor the full 14-day refund period regardless of download status.
All content, including audio files, text, graphics, and the UNASHAMED brand, is protected by copyright. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for private, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
UNASHAMED is an educational product. We make no guarantees about specific results. Individual outcomes depend on personal effort, circumstances, and other factors beyond our control.
This product is not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or medical treatment. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a mental health hotline.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the product shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product (€29).
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland and applicable EU regulations. For consumers based in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply (Art. 6(2) Regulation (EC) 593/2008 — Rome I).
In case of a dispute, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr
Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of Poland.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable EU and national law, including but not limited to:
